Let’s talk, mano e mano. We’ll focus on your goals, and figure out how you’re going to get there. This is a session designed around your health and your body specifically. What to Expect.

Through this session, you’ll become a master of the fundamentals of proper breathing. Not only will you dive into breathing exercises and techniques that have been used in Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama practices for centuries, but you’ll discover the science behind them and why they effect the body the way they do.

This class is the door to making you feel incredible. I’m not going to say it’ll give you superpowers, but for me, that’s kind of how it felt.

The Breath Journey

The Breath Journey is comprised of three, one hour, 1-on-1 sessions. Each one building off the previous. By the end of your Breath Journey, you’ll have a brain full of knowledge and a hand full of techniques in your back pocket that you’ll use daily. The last session isn’t the end, it’s the beginning of a healthier, less stressful, more energetic, and more satisfying life.
