Breathing properly has been proven to physically and psychologically benefit our mind, body, and health. However, even though we don’t know it, most of us don’t breathe correctly. This results in serious health problems. We’ve subconsciously made improper breathing a habit that our body resorts to when we’re not thinking about it. And let’s face it, you probably don’t spend all day thinking about your breath.
